Student Registration Function

Once an applicant confirms for registration, information from the Marketing Function will be
transferred into the Student Registration Function. Users need only to enter minimal details
which were not available in the marketing database.

Upon completion of the student profile, users can continue to register the course, intake,
study mode (fulltime, part-time, distant learning, etc.) subjects, fees and other related
information online.

The system allows fees to be collected immediately, providing the educational institute with
a ‘one stop’ service center concept.
|
|
|
|

All subject enrolment information are automatically updated into the respective
faculty.
|

|

|
If subjects are charged by credit hours or per subject basis, users can define such
policies in the system and the software will generate the invoices accordingly.
|
|
|
|

|
Invoices are generated upon student enrollment of courses, subject or other
academic-related event.
|
|
|
|
•
|
Fees such as examinations, deposits, student cards, etc can be pre-defined within the
system and the appropriate fees will be charged upon a student's enrollment.
