The Marketing Function captures information pertaining to enquiries at the point when the
prospect calls/walk-in/mail in/e-mail/etc.

The profile of the prospect will be stored in the marketing database. The system is able to
generate mailing label to all prospects for any marketing event.

Counsellor/Marketing personnel can set in the system to alert for follow-up action from time
to time.

An event calendar is provided to monitor the marketing flow of the prospect.

Once the applicant decides on which course(s) to apply, the system captures all relevant
course information, inclusive of the application fees.

All qualification and pre-requisite information will be forwarded to the respective
faculty for screening approval.
|
|
|
|
|
Reports such as applicant list by course, age group, sex, country, state, qualification,
race, etc. will be generated.
