This function consists of examination setup, combination of different subjects into a single
exam, combination different study modes (full-time, part-time, distant learning) into a
single class, combination of different intakes and semesters into a single exam and
more.

Produces ‘exam dockets’ to inform students / invigilators on their exam venue, date, time,
subjects, etc.

Prevents students from taking exams if fees are overdue or unpaid. Users can override this
‘policy control’ via secured password.

Allows unlimited type of assessments to be set up within the system. Each assessment can be
tied into multiple grading schemes.

Exam marks can be entered online directly into the system or imported from MS Excel.
Lecturers can also provide marking sheets in MS Excel or any ASCII format via e-mail for
import.

Exam slips, transcripts, letters to parents, etc can be generated from the Examination
function.

Allows users to produce various types of statistical reports. Reports are fully
customisable by users via 'drag and drop’ functions. Information from the Examination
function can be placed directly into MS Excel to produce charts, min, stand deviation
calculation, top ten students, average passing marks and more.

With the marks entered, the system generates the list of students who are eligible for
graduation.

Links to Letter function automatically generates letters to students who are eligible for
graduation.
