A PatchLink Certified Professional will work with project stakeholders to review enterprise goals, policies, and architecture. From this discussion the engineer will make recommendations for the deployment of PATCHLINK UPDATE Servers, PatchLink Distribution Points, and agent deployment methods.

Phase II:
Deployment Assistance

Overview
A PatchLink Certified Professional willl assist project stakeholders with initial deployment of the PATCHLINK UPDATE Server and a representative number of PatchLink Destribution Points and agents

Deliverables

Installation of the PATCHLINK UPDATE Server according to recommendations from the design phase of the engagement
Deployment of a representative number of PatchLink Distribution Points (up to three)
Deployment of a representative number of agents as an illustration of the various methods as defined in the design phase of the engagement, and up to five per site to verify the operation of the PatchLink Distribution Points

Phase III:
Training

Overview
A PatchLink Certified Instructor will provide on-site delivery of PatchLink Certification course(s) and exam (s). For large customers, other training may be delivered based on needs identified in the Design/Discovery phase of the project.

Deliverables

On-site delivery of the PatchLink Certification courses and exams.
Other training as determined in the Design/Discovery phase of the project.
