CIMB Signs Underwriting Agreement with Ingenuity
Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB) and Ingenuity Solutions Berhad signs the
underwriting agreement in conjunction with Ingenuity's listing on the MESDAQ Market of the Kuala Lumpur
Stock Exchange (KLSE). Ingenuity will be making a public issue of 33,500,000 new ordinary shares to
identified investors by way of private placement.

TPM Buys 10pc Stake In Ingenuity
Software solutions provider, Ingenuity Technologies Sdn Bhd (ITSB), a substantial shareholder of
Ingenuity Solutions Bhd (ISB) has completed the divestment of 13.23 million ordinary shares in Ingenuity
Solutions to Technology Park Malaysia Corp Sdn Bhd (TPM). In a press statement issued in Kuala Lumpur
yesterday, ISB said upon completion of the transaction TPM will emerge as a substantial shareholder,
representing 10 percent of the entire paid-up capital of Ingenuity Solutions.

Ingenuity Receives MESDAQ Listing Approval
Ingenuity Solutions Berhad, the holding company of Ingenuity Microsystems, obtained its
listing approval on MESDAQ on 22 September 2003 from the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) and on
19 September 2003 from the Securities Commission (SC) respectively.
The approval of the SC was obtained for the Public Issue and the approval of the KLSE was obtained for
admission to the Official List of the MESDAQ Market, and for permission to deal in and for the listing
of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Ingenuity Solutions Berhad
on the MESDAQ Market.

Ingenuity Appoints Avatars VT as Research Advisors
Spanish-based technology specialists Avatars Virtual Technologies has been appointed research advisors
by Ingenuity. Avatars VT's Dr Cesar Montes and Dr Javier Segovia will be assisting in Ingenuity's R&D on
Predictive CRM. Both Dr Montes and Dr Segovia are leading researchers in Europe on CRM models and are
