Oracle, CASE, PEG and Ingenuity Sign MoUs On Car Supply Chain Hub - The Star
Ingenuity has signed key memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with Oracle, the Partnership for Equitable
Growth (PEG) and the Centre for Advanced Software Engineering (CASE) to collaborate on the development
of an APEC-wide automotive supply chain initiative under the auspices of the APEC IT initiative and the
APEC automotive apprenticeship programmes.

Ingenuity has been appointed to develop a tax computation and automation system for Deloitte KassimChan
Tax Services. The software will automate the complex taxation process for Deloitte's base of clients.

Ingenuity Showcases Software Solutions at SMI One Stop Solution Exhibition 2001
The power and flexibility of Ingenuity range of software solutions was on full display during the SMI
One Stop Solution Exhibition recently. Held at the Mines Resort City, nearly 10,000 visitors were
introduced to Ingenuity's end-to-end solutions which covers the areas of financial management, sales,
customer care and service, operations and web marketing channels. Among those present was the Deputy
Minister of Energy, Communications & Multimedia, YB Dato’ Tan Chai Ho.

Reliance Group of Companies Appoints Ingenuity as Software Solutions Provider
The Reliance Group of Companies, Malaysia's largest network of travel agencies has selected Ingenuity as
its software solutions provider for all its subsidiaries. Ingenuity will implement the
INGENUITY® Financial Management Solution (FMS) and INGENUITY® Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) for Reliance offices throughout Malaysia.

Ingenuity has developed a made-in-Malaysia software called the the INGENUITY® Business
Solution which is targeted at mid-tier enterprises. The product is made up of three major components: a
Web-enabled program called WebEasy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Financial Management
(Accounting).

Salomon Smith Barney International Merchant Bankers (SSB) has acknowledged Ingenuity's potential to be a
major player in the IT industry. SSB's Managing Director and Head of Asia-Pacific Technology Investment
Banking notes that "...at this time, when many companies which have sought venture financing or tapped
public equity markets in the recent past continue to miss their target and projections; the fact that
[Ingenuity's] roll-out is on target is a rarity and therefore, of interest to the investor community...
[Ingenuity] has all the ingredients of becoming a success story of the government's effort in this
